With a proven track record of collaborating with families, stakeholders, and clients to address their unique needs, Simon has joined Care Metaz Global to pursue his passion for helping individuals with disabilities transition into independent living.
Simon brings extensive experience from senior management roles in leading global finance and technology firms, as well as major government-funded non-profit organizations. His expertise in Assets, Infrastructure, and Facilities Management drives his commitment to continuous improvement, efficient financial governance, and compliance with regulations and legislation.
In his role at Care Metaz Global, Simon develops and implements strategies to broaden the organisation’s industry presence and participant base, while ensuring that new clients are effectively engaged and supported as they settle into their accommodations. He is dedicated to creating a best-practice onboarding experience for participants and their stakeholders.
As a parent of two children with complex special needs, both supported by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Simon recognized a significant gap in client-centric services for people with disabilities. He actively builds strong partnerships with families, organizations, and developers to enhance outcomes for individuals like his children.
